Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

You have 14 days from the day you receive your purchase to request a return with refund or an exchange under certain conditions as outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return and refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Only items that are defective or damaged before your receipt are eligible for exchange. You can send your request here and we will reach out to help as soon as possible.

Shipping returns

Once approved for your return or exchange we will provide you with the proper shipping address and instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for eligible returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and additional shipping costs incurred as part of your return or exchange will be deducted from any refunds issued to you.
